Survivor Outreach Services was started to provide assistance and offer support to address the needs of Families who suffer the loss of a Soldier and provide integrated support and referral services. Primary emphasis will be coordination with other army programs such as the Casualty Affairs, Retirement Services and Veterans Affairs. Briefings and information will be provided to Soldiers and Family members to ensure an integrated service delivery.
