Classes & Programs
Lap Swim
The pool is kept at a comfortable temperature. Kick boards, pull buoys, and hand paddles, are available at the facility to maximize your lap swimming or water walking experience. Ask a Lifeguard for assistance in finding these items.
Aqua Aerobics
A fun aquatic activity that uses the resistance of the water to provide smooth and variable resistance through full range of motion, improving strength, endurance, flexibility, and well-being in a low-impact and near weightless environment. You may register for this program at Tolson Indoor Pool; the cost is $20.00 per month.
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 1000 – 1100
Age: 18 & up or 15 & Up with a Parent or Guardian also enrolled.
Youth Swim Team
Fort Bragg Swim Team Website!
Our youth swim team is for kids 5 through 17 years old. This program focuses
on development of swimming fundamentals and a love of swimming in a competitive environment with an emphasis on fun. Kids are placed in groups by ability and practice times vary. You may register for this program at Tolson Indoor Pool; the cost varies. Please call (910) 643-8533 for more information.

Learn To Swim Program
The Fort Bragg Learn - To - Swim Program features four levels of swim instruction to help swimmers of all ages and abilities develop their swimming and water safety skills. It is designed to give students a positive learning experience as they progress through all four levels, and to help truly master swimming skills. Once children have mastered swimming skills through level four they will have the option to join the Fort Bragg Fighting Fish, a year round competitive swim team. In an effort to help facilitate enrollment, please note the following guidelines for enrolling your child.
- Enrollment is conducted on the 15th of the month preceding the start of swim lessons unless otherwise posted.
- Enrollment is first come, first serve. There is no priority placement.
- All payments are due at the time of enrollment.
- Enrollment begins at 0830. Participants may enroll at any CYS facility or on-line.
- Each session consists of 8 classes.
- All children must be registered with CYSS prior to enrolling for swim lessons!
- Please call CYSS Central Registration to make an appointment to register your child(ren) at 910-396-8110/5128. CYSS Central Registration is located in the Soldier Support Center on the 4th floor.
- When you are preparing for your appointment, make sure to bring:
o All forms completed.
o Identification (Proof of Eligibility).
o Child’s birth certificate.
o Child’s current immunization record for children age 0 – 4th grade.
o Three (3) Local Emergency contacts other than you or your spouse. - We look forward to working with your child/ren!
Pool Party Packages!
Looking for a fun place to host your next party? Look no further. Celebrate your special event with an exciting pool party at the Fort Bragg FMWR Pool’s!
- Tolson Indoor Pool (September – May)
The party package includes use of the pool for the first hour and use of the party room for the second hour for up to 20 people.
Saturday 1600-1800
$100 for the use of the pool and party room.

The party package includes use of the pool and party tent for up to 20 people during Open Swim hours.

Exclusive use of one of the outdoor pools for a private party of up to 50 guests. $200 for two hours. Each additional hour $75. Addition guests $25.00 in increments of 25.
