What is a Community Readiness Fair? A Community Readiness Fair is a one stop shop for deployment and reunion information. Over 20 different programs are available to hand out resources and answer specific questions about deployment related issues. It is an informal atmosphere allowing soldiers & their families an opportunity to discuss specific needs or concerns with subject matter experts. Families can take their time walking through the stations, learn more about each program and the services offered before, during and after a deployment, connect with the FRG (if present) and ensure contact information is accurate.
