Yes, contact Tickets & Tours at (910) 396-TRIP/TOUR or visit their web page. Their ticket selection varies; Simply call the office if you are interested in a specific event or attraction.
. I work as a contractor on Fort Bragg. May I use MWR facilities? A. Government contractors who want to use MWR facilities need to purchase an MWR card from Tickets & Tours. Contractors must provide a memo signed by their supervisor with the following information: organization's purchase order number/contract number, applicant's name, SSN, work and home phone numbers, contract expiration date and ID card. The card expires one year from purchase or through the contract expiration date (whichever comes first). The MWR card is not prorated for situations in which applicants do not receive one full year. The fee is $10 and $1 for each additional family member. If you have further questions about the MWR card, please contact Tickets & Tours at 396-TRIP/TOUR.
Q. I want to register at the Armed Forces Vacation Club web site, but I need an installation code for Fort Bragg. What is it? A. The code is 143.
Q. Does MWR give money to units? A. MWR offers two types of Unit Funds: One type is for local units (for organizational days) and the other is for deploying units. Unit representatives should contact Ms. Celeste Scott in MWR’s Resource Management Branch at (910) 396-9004.
Q. I have questions about deployment. Who can I call? A. Call 1-800-457-4636, Mon-Fri, 8 a.m.-7 p.m.
Q. I am a Soldier with emergency financial needs. Can you help me? A. Army Emergency Relief (AER) may be able to assist with financial hardship in the form of an interest-free loan, a grant or part-loan/part-grant. Q. I am an entertainer/I book entertainment acts. Who do I contact to inquire about performing on Fort Bragg? A. The Special Events Branch coordinates entertainment for large-scale events like the Fort Bragg Fair and 4th of July Celebration. The number is (910) 396-6126/9126. If you interested in booking at Sports USA, the Officers’ Club, etc., please contact the facility directly.
Q. I am coming to Fort Bragg temporarily/permanently. Where can I stay on post? A. The Airborne Inn is Army Official Lodging on Fort Bragg; It consists of around 700 rooms in six different locations. Lodging facilities are open to military personnel (all ranks/grades), their family members and guests, and retired military and their guests. Advance reservations are permitted by all ranks on leave or official duty.
Q. Where can I find MWR job listings? A. Visit our Employment Readiness Program Center.
Q. Are there any campgrounds near Fayetteville/Fort Bragg? A. The Army Travel Campground at Smith Lake Recreation Area is an option if you have a Department of Defense identification card or you are a family member of active duty personnel who will sponsor you. Visit their web page here. Otherwise, we recommend you go to www.visitnc.com and search for campgrounds in the vicinity of this area.
Q. Do you have an Arts & Crafts program (DIY Framing, Wood Skills, etc.)? A. Fort Bragg MWR does not have an Arts & Crafts program, but Pope AFB does. Their Skills Development Center contains a fully equipped wood shop and a frame/design shop that offers a range of classes including basic framing and scrap booking. Q. I’m interested in putting a vehicle on the “for sale” lot. What do I need to do? A. The POV resale lot is located near the North PX. Registration for the lot is $10 and registrants must have a current vehicle registration. The lot is run by the COSCOM Auto Skills Center at (910) 396-8665.

Q. I’m trying to find a friend who is stationed at Fort Bragg. Can you help me? A. The following information is from the Department of Defense web site, www.defenselink.mil:
Requests for military addresses should be sent to the respective service of the individual whose address is being sought. Because of the large volume of requests that each service locator receives, please allow four weeks processing time for written requests.
Give as much identifying information as possible about the person you wish to locate such as full name, rank, last duty assignment/last known military address, service number, and Social Security number.
The locator service is free to immediate family members and government officials. Other family members, civilian friends, businesses and others must pay $3.50. The check or money order must be made out to the U.S. Treasury. It is not refundable.
The Army will help you locate individuals on active duty only. Mail your request to:
