GENERAL STANDARDS
Guests are expected to meet the standards of dress and appearance established by the Installation Commander. The party host is responsible for the conduct of guests as long as they are on the Officers' Club premises.
- Outside food and beverages cannot be brought into the club, except for wedding or birthday cakes, without prior approval from the club manager.
- Meal certificates and coupons cannot be used in conjunction with a special function.
- Sponsors are prohibited from purchasing commercial advertising in the civilian news media (including radio, television, and newspaper to publicize a private or Officers' Club sponsored function.
- Civic and civilian nonprofit organizations are permitted to use club facilities if the Installation Commander or his designated representative determines that the affair makes a positive contribution to the community and indicated approval on the request letter.
- Army regulations require those only members, their family members and bona tide guests use the Officers' Club facilities. A bona fide guest is a person who is not eligible for membership and who was specifically invited to the club by a member. The member assumes full responsibility for payment of goods or services provided by the club and the conduct of that guest.
