LINEN
There are several colors of tablecloths and napkins available for your function.   Please check with our catering office for the selection currently available.   Special requests for additional linen service or services that should require special orders will be charged accordingly.   Linens are supplied for most functions.   However, a nominal fee will be charged for cocktail parties and other similar functions.

MUSIC
A variety of music and/or entertainment can be arranged, from a pianist to a multi-piece band.   The catering office will be happy to help you in arranging entertainment for your function.   Final arrangements must be made by the sponsor and approved by the club manager.   When two music groups are performing at the same time, the party officer is responsible for ensuring his/her group does not interfere with the enjoyment of other guests within the club facility because entertainment booked by the club is for the enjoyment of the entire membership.

LIQUID REQUIREMENTS
For your special event, two options are available for liquid refreshment.   You may choose one or use both options when planning your party.   Beverages can be ordered from the menu (such as punch bowls or wine carafes) or we will be happy to set up a private bar for you and your gusts.   We encourage responsive drinking and insist that you, as sponsor, help us by monitoring your function.   We practice the "Dram Shop Theory".   This information is very important.   We recommend that you take a few moments to read it.

DRAM SHOP THEORY
"The enactment of the Dram Act places a very clear responsibility on the club and it's staff not to knowingly serve alcoholic beverages to any person who is intoxicated.   The Officers' Club staff has been instructed to refuse service to any individual who appears intoxicated."   AFR 25-1, Volume XI

PARTY BARS
There are two types of bars, pay as you go and open bar.   Party bars carry a $50.00 sales guarantee per bar for the first hour and $20.00 sales guarantee per bar for each additional hour, or make up the difference per bar in operation.

PAY AS YOU G0 BAR
Each customer pays for his or her drink as it is ordered.   Regular bar prices are in effect.

OPEN BAR
The sponsor agrees to pay for all drinks served, brinks are dispensed to the guests free of charge with the sponsor assuming responsibility for payment.   An open bar can be set up with a predetermined dollar or time limit.   The limit will be written into the party contract and a running tab is computed at the register, until the limit is reached.
