Private Function Requirements
A private function is defined as a function that is paid out of the personal funds of the person(s) listed as the host on signing the party agreement.
Guest restrictions are as follows:
Civilian organizations will not be permitted to use the club facilities unless the group is composed predominantly of authorized patrons, or if the function makes a positive contribution to the Army or community relations and is approved in writing by the Installation Commander or his designed representative.
Members are prohibited from scheduling or sponsoring parties for or in the name of commercial business organizations with whom they are employed or associated.
DEPOSITS
A fee of 50% of the room rental fee is required when booking a catering room.
CANCELLATIONS
If an event is cancelled 3 months prior to the event, a full refund will be given. If an event is cancelled less than 3 months before the event, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited.
PAYMENTS
Are required the first working day after the function.
PRICES
On the total sales of food and beverage, a 15% gratuity will be applied. Sales tax will not be charged on the food, beverage, or service charge.
MENUS
The menus include some of our more popular items. Should you prefer to design a menu that you feel suits your occasion better, our catering staff will be more than happy to work with you.
MULTIPLE ENTREES
Normally only one entree may be selected for a catered luncheon or dinner so that the club can expedite service and preparation. In the event, more than one entree is selectedd, a color-coded nametage or place card must be used by which the waitress staff may distinguish what entree the gues desires. Additional serving time should be expected when two entrees are selected.
DECORATIONS
All decorations, other than those provided by us are the responsibility of the host. There will be no nailing, tacking or taping of objects on the wall, ceiling or any other club property with prior approval of the club management. The party host will be financially responsible for any damages to the facility resulting from misuse of decorations. Please consult catering as to the time that prior functions will be leaving and when staff is scheduled so that you may decorate tables or the room areas. Flowers may be ordered through the club from an approved floral designer or you may provide your own. Flower cost and prices depend on the number of tables and size of arrangement desired. Flowers brought into the club by the host and left at the facility, become the property of the club for reuse or disposal.
