SETTING UP YOUR PARTY
Individuals making arrangements for special functions must be an authorized member of a military Officers' Club. Family members and bona tide guests are also welcome to use the facility. A bona tide guest is a person whom a member has specifically invited to the club and is not otherwise eligible for membership. The member assumes all responsibility for payment of goods and/or services provided by the club to his/her guests. Patronage in the Fort Bragg Officers' Club system will be extended to active, associate and honorary members of any military Officers' Club of the Armed Forces.
The club is governed by and must comply with department of the Army regulations and directives.
No special privileges or reduced prices will be permitted to an individual or group of persons, including those involved in official functions, which are different from those accorded to any other individual or group of persons.
Initial arrangements for a function may be made by telephone or in person. A function booked by telephone is tentative until the project officer or host comes to the club and signs the function contract (a minimum of 14 days prior to the scheduled function). The full name, address, home and office telephone numbers, club card number and name of the group or organization for which the party is being booked must be given at the time of the booking. The approximate number attending and the time when cocktails and/or dinner are to be served must also be supplied to the catering office.
Project officers signing party contracts must be a member of an Officers' Club or otherwise qualified to use the club under current Army directives.
The club will assign each party a priority based on the date and time of request. Each function will be accommodated in the facility suitable to the size of the group. Menus, prices and method of payment will be arranged through the catering office.
Charging and/or prorated costing can be applied to individual member's accounts, if desired. The project officer/host must submit a list of names, club card numbers, and amounts not less than two (2) working days following the function. The project officer/host accepts personal liability for payment and providing the prorate list.
Parties scheduled for days when the club is normally closed or on holidays will be charged the appropriate labor costs.
The club does not have sufficient quantities of serving trays, pans, and other items to loan for your private functions at home. A variety of foods are available for pickup through the club for home/office entertainment. Stop by our catering office for assistance.
We must be provided a minimum guarantee of guests within 10 percent of final count one week prior to function. We must be provided with a final attendance guarantee on the number of guests to be served by noon, one day before the function. The project officer/host agrees to pay for all guests who attend but not less than 100% of the guaranteed number. The member signing the party contract is responsible for the payment of the party. Cancellations or additions to parties will not be accepted by us except through the project officer/host.Disclaimer - The appearance of these hyperlinks does not constitute endorsement of these web sites by the U.S. Army or the information, products or services contained therein.
