These programs will be customized considering customer’s needs
and goals. You will have a follow-up every 5 weeks.
Aerobic Classes
Aerobic Classes-Step; Tuesday-Thursday; 9 - 10 a.m.
A whole hour of intensive exercise
- 10 minutes - warm up
- 45 minutes - step
- 5 minutes - cool down
This is a class with a combination of cardiovascular and strength
training exercises.
Abdominal Classes
Monday - Wednesday - Friday; 9:30 - 10 a.m.
Tuesday - Thursday; 6:30 - 7 a.m.
This is a 30-minute class with a combination of abdominal
exercises and Pilates using a 22” flexiball. It will work
abdominal muscles, lower body muscles (legs & glutes) and lower
back muscles.

to alleviate tension and stress.”
Note: Officers' Club Memberships are available
to GS-7 equivalent and above and CSMs. Sign up for a membership
at the Cashier's cage.
