Services Provided:

Private Organization Liaison: There are approximately 60 private organizations authorized to operate on the installation. These organizations include (but are not limited to) Boy Scouts or America, Girl Scouts of the USA, Officers' Spouses' Club, Association of the United States Army (AUSA). Private organizations operating on the installation must adhere to Army Regulation (AR) 210-22, Private Organizations on Department of the Army Installations, 22 October 2001 and Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 1000.15, Private Organizations on DoD Installations, 23 October 1997.

Fundraising Approvals: REQUESTS FOR APPROVAL MUST BE SUBMITTED A MINIMUM OF 10 WORKING DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE REQUESTED DATE. Large scale events (bike races, 10K runs, etc) require a minimum of 90 days. A checklist must be completed and are available at the Resource Management Branch (RMB) office.

• Family Readiness Groups (FRG's)—FRG's maybe authorized to conduct occasional fundraisers in their unit area with the permission of their commander. They must adhere to appropriate regulations governing their activities. Request from FRG's to conduct fundraisers outside their unit area must be approved by the RMB office.
• Private Organizations (PO)—Authorized PO's must request permission to conduct any on-post fundraising activity or for the use of any facility on the installation.
• Youth Sports Teams—YS teams are authorized to conduct 1 team fundraiser per season. Coordination must be made with the YS office at 396-9123/9127.

Solicitation: Assists in monitoring solicitation by individuals and businesses on the installation. Maintains files on agents and businesses wishing to solicit on the installation. Provides training on unauthorized solicitation practices.
