Hourly Care - For children ages 6 weeks to 12 years

Location/Hours of Operation:

Rodriguez CDC (ages 6 weeks to 12 years)

Located at Normandy and Sicily
Monday, Wednesday and Friday - 8:30am-4:30pm
Tuesday and Thursday - 8:00am-8:00pm

STACC (ages 6 weeks to 12 years)

Located on the ground floor of the Soldier Support Center
Monday - Friday - 8:00am-3:00pm

General Information:

Patrons are responsible for payments after services are rendered.
Payments are based on start/end of reservation.
Minimum stay is two hours. Maximum is 25 hours per week per child.
Fee is $3.50 per hour.
Meals and snacks are provided.
Medications are not administered at any time.

What to bring:

Hourly care packet must be brought to each visit. Child cannot remain without this packet.
CYSS membership card.
Complete set of extra clothing labeled with child's name.
All children in attendance must wear closed toe shoes.
Disposable diapers (diapers are checked every hour-bring at least 1 (one) for each hour in attendance).
All bottles, sippy cups, and pacifiers must be labeled with child's name.

Cancellations, No Show, Late Policies:

Same day cancellation fees are $7 per child.
No Show fees are $7 per child.
Fees must be paid at next visit.
Reservations may be cancelled after 15 minutes if no courtesy call is given.
Late pick up fees will be applied at a $1 per minute after reservation ends.

Fun Factory - For children in 1st - 4th grade

Fun Factory - Occasional/Hourly care on regular school days.

Wonderful World for Kids - Fun Factory
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - 5:45-8:30am and 2:45-6:00pm
Wednesday - 5:45-8:30am and 1:35-6:00pm

Gordon Elementary - Fun Factory

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - 5:45-8:30am and 2:45-6:15pm
Wednesday - 5:45-8:30am and 1:35-6:15pm

General Information:

WWK - Transportation is provided to and from the following Fort Bragg schools:
- Bowley, Butner, McNair, Murray, Holbrook, Irwin, and Devers
- After school pick up is available off post at W.T. Brown and Benjamin Martin Elementary Schools.
Gordon Elementary SAS is located in the cafeteria of Gordon Elementary School.
Child(ren) must be registered with Child, Youth and School Services.
Patrons cannot exceed 8 hours of care (open recreation) per month.
Army Family Covenant 16 hours of free care does not apply to Fun Factory. It can be applied to Adventure for a Day on out of school days.
If patrons wish to use more than 8 free hours per month, the cost for Before School is $10 a day, After School Only is $15 a day, and for Before and After School is $18 a day.
Spaces are only guaranteed if the patron has made a reservation for the date and time service is needed.
Reservations can be made two weeks in advance (space limited).
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
Same day appointments for care must be made prior to 12:00pm and patrons must notify the school of pickup by SAS.
A minimum of 2 hour usage is required and any portion of an hour in excess of 15 minutes will be charged at one hour.
All School Age Services guidelines apply to Fun Factory participants.
Patrons must contact the elementary school to authorize SAS to pick up their child. If no notification is made, SAS is unable to pick up the child.
SAS staff cannot administer medications.
A late pick up fee of $1.00 per minute, not to exceed $15 will be assessed if I am late picking up my child. Late fees begin at 6:01pm at WWK and 6:16pm at Gordon.
Fun Factory excludes Spring, Summer, Winter and Fall Intersession Camps.

Army Family Covenant

Army Family Covenant Discounts available for:

Families of Wounded Warriors and Warriors in Transition
Families of Fallen Warriors
Families of Deployed Military and DoD Civilians
Families of Military and DoD Civilians serving under the following orders:

Temporary Change of Station (TCS) and Permanent Change of Station (PCS) unaccompanied tour and Temporary Duty (TDY) status for 90-179 days.

Families of Deployed Soldiers as identified on the Rear Detachment and Personnel Availability Report.

Depending on the sponsor's status, Fort Bragg youth may be eligible for 16 hours of free hourly care, 20% discount on full and part-day child care, free team sports, and free SKIESUnlimited Instructional Classes. A copy of the sponsor's orders must be on file at Central Enrollment when registering. Current CYS pass is required. CYS Annual Registration is FREE!
