Membership Benefits

The Fort Bragg Officers' Club has so much in one place to offer patrons. The new Iron Mike's Brew Pub with state of the art brewing technology, name brand beer, new covered patio overlooking Ryder Golf Course and the famous Iron Mike statue, Casino Night, love bands and speed dating events, shuttle service to lodging, and last but not least, wireless internet. These programs will be customized considering customer's needs and goals. You will have a follow-up every 5 weeks.

Aerobic Classes
Step: Tuesday-Thursday; 9-10 am
An hour of intensive exercise

  • 10 minutes - warm up
  • 45 minutes - step
  • 5 minutes - cool down

This is a class with a combination of cardiovascular and strength training exercises.

Abdominal Classes
Monday-Wednesday-Friday 9:30-10 am
Tuesday-Thursday 6:30-7 am
This is a 30-minute class with a combination of abdominal exercises and Pilates using a 22" flexiball. It will work abdominal muscles, lower body muscles (legs & glutes) and lower back muscles.

Exercise is the only healthy way to prevent diseases and to alleviate tension and stress.

Note: Officers' Club Memberships are available to GS-7 equivalent and above and CSMs. Sign up for a membership at the Cashier's cage.
