Who? MWR Mystery Shoppers are recruited from various groups of authorized patrons (active duty/retired military personnel, family members and DoD civilians). MWR Mystery Shoppers are volunteers, but are eligible for levels of rewards and recognition based on the number of shops they complete.
Why? Shoppers want to help MWR deliver the best customer service and programs possible. They also help us recognize those MWR employees who deliver great customer service and may otherwise go unnoticed. What? A shopping assignment consists of evaluating via telephone, and in person, an MWR facility/activity, completing evaluation forms and returning them to the Marketing Services Branch.
Where? A shopper will be assigned to visit our recreation facilities, restaurants, special events, CYS or ACS programs and much more. We have over 75 door fronts on the installation so there is a lot of variety! How?
