Participants in events and programs hosted by Child, Youth and School Services, Youth Education Support Services and School Support Services may have media present, photos may be taken and placed in publications and/or the internet, and interviews may be conducted. In order to guarantee participant privacy and ensure your agreement for the participant to participate, Fort Bragg will ask you to sign a Media and Internet consent form. The form indicates approval for the student's name, pictures, art, written work, voice, verbal statements or portraits (video or still) to appear in installation publicity, publications, videos or on Fort Bragg's websites. For example, pictures and articles about Fort Bragg activities may appear in local newspapers, local television broadcasts or installation publications. These pictures and articles may or may not personally identify the student. The pictures and/or videos may be used by the installation in subsequent years. AGREEMENT Participant/Parent releases the Fort Bragg the participant's name, picture, art, written work, voice, verbal statements, portraits (video or still) and consent to their use by Fort Bragg. Participant and/or Parent/Guardian further consent to access by local print and broadcast media to the participant's name, picture, art, written work, voice, verbal statements, portraits (video or still) shall only be used for public relations, public information, installation promotion and publicity.
