Teen Soldier For A Day 2010

Teens Civilian and Military-Connected had an opportunity to participate in a day in the life of a Fort Bragg Soldier.  Teens participated in PT, Drill and Ceremony, LMTV Convoy, 34-foot jump tower, road march, Engagement Skills Training, Virtual Combat Convoy Training, Humvee Rollover Demonstration, MRE Chow and an obstacle course.
Youth Leadership Conference 2010
June 23-24, 2010
Teen participate in this annual Youth Leadership Conference to discuss issues relating to Military-Connected Teens.  They also submitted and presented their top issues and recommendations to the Garrison Commander.  Participants also were able to participate in leadership related workshops.
Teen Leadership Corps 2010J
June 21-25, 2010
Teens participated in a variety of activities over the summer to strengthen their leadership skills. The 2009 Teen Leadership Corps was a joint Pope Air Force Base and Fort Bragg event.
Fort Bragg Choice Fair for Cumberland County Schools
Families attended the Fort Bragg Choice Fair for Cumberland County Schools. Parents and students had an opportunity to learn about the Choice High Schools available in Cumberland County along with the host high school, EE Smith.

Back To School Fair 2009

Families had an opportunity to meet representatives and services that can assist their children in education.  Families also were able to receive free school supplies for their children.  Childrens bouncers and a climbing was were also on site for childrens activities.

Home School Extravaganza 2009
Fort Bragg School Support Services in partnership with 4H hosted a Home School Extravaganza with a variety of representatives, programs and services available to home schooling families.

Teens Civilian and Military-Connected had an opportunity to participate in a day in the life of a Fort Bragg Soldier.  Teens participated in the 34-foot jump tower, PT, drill and ceremony, chow at a dining facility and a tour of the 82d Airborne Museum.
College Road Tour to Fayetteville State University, October 2009
Fort Bragg School Support Services in partnership with HIRED! took a trip with high school students to Fayetteville State University to tour the campus and learn about college life.
EE Smith High School Physics Class Field Artillery Observation, October 2009
Students from Mr. Blazo's EE Smith Physics Class get an opportunity to observe a field artillery exercise while studying "Objects In Motion".
